Kabrick & Associates was established in April, 1980 as a Therapist owned physical therapy practice, and is considered a “general” physical therapy office. Our primary practice is treating orthopedic problems. A wide variety of treatment options exist and can be included in a patient’s treatment plan. A fully equipped gym is available, as well as procedures, modalities, manual therapy and hydrotherapy. We also treat patients with burns, neurological problems, as well as rehabilitation. Our work conditioning programs are individualized. Each case is supervised by a registered physical therapist who coordinates the rehab. Funcitonal employment testing utilizing the WorkSTEPS® Program is also part of our practice.

Kabrick & Associates is Medicare Certified; a member of many local and national PPO’s; and meets the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.

The Therapists are members of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association, and Private Practice Group of the APTA, and other medical/professional groups.
