Stephen Kabrick, B.S., P.T., C.A.E.

Registered Physical Therapist Certified Associate Ergonomist President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kabrick opened Eastern Oklahoma Physical Therapy in Tulsa, Oklahoma in April, 1980. Since that time the practice has continued to grow. The name was changed to Kabrick and Associates Physical Therapy in 1993.

Mr. Kabrick has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1974. A graduate of The University of Oklahoma, he has served as staff Physical Therapist at St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City; and as Chief Physical Therapist at Moton Health Center in Tulsa.

He has served the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association as the Eastern District President, and various other offices.

Mr. Kabrick is a Certified Associate Ergonomist (CAE) by the Oxford Research Institute. He is qualified to perform ergonomic assessments in the workplace.

Rita Zeman, M.S., P.T.

Registered Physical Therapist

Mrs. Zeman is a licensed Physical Therapist, having practiced Physical Therapy in Kansas and Oklahoma since 1972. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education in 1971 from Kansas State University; a Certificate of Physical Therapy from The University of Kansas Medical Center in 1972; and a M.S. in Adult Education from Oklahoma State University in 1991.

Mrs. Zeman’s background includes; Director of Outpatient Services, Doctors Hospital; Instructor/Director Physical Therapist Assistant Program Tulsa Community College; and Chief Physical Therapist St. Thomas Hospital, Colby, Kansas. She has been an associate of Steve Kabrick’s since 1993.

Marilyn Been, B.S., P.T.

Registered Physical Therapist

Mrs. Been is a licensed Physical Therapist, receiving her B.S. in Physical Therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 1982.

Mrs. Been has experience in the industrial field, having served as Clinical Manager of Physical Therapy at American Airlines; and as Clinical Coordinator of the Industrial Rehabilitation Department at St. John Medical Center. Mrs. Been joined the staff of Kabrick and Associates in 1998.

Debbie Hicks, P.T.

Registered Physical Therapist

Mrs. Hicks is a licensed Physical Therapist, receiving her M.S. in Physical Therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 2003.  Debbie joined Kabrick and Associates in 2005.

Tanya Jackson, B.S., P.T.

Registered Physical Therapist

Mrs. Jackson is a licensed Physical Therapist, receiving her B.S. in Physical Therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 2000.  Tanya joined Kabrick and Associates in 2008.

Rusty Millirons, P.T.A.

Registered Physical Therapist Assistant

Mr. Millirons is a Physical Therapist Assistant receiving his education at Tulsa Community College. Rusty joined Kabrick & Associates in 2008.
